Melissa Mangia is a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker of Keller Williams Legendary Realty, one of the largest real estate firms in Long Island, NY.
She brings her clients a proven track record of over two decades of experience in the real estate industry and loves the ever-changing nature of her profession. Melissa also has extensive experience as a paralegal for large financial institutions, submitting motions and other legal pleadings to court. In a leadership role as a paralegal, she has gained expertise in the foreclosure and short sale processes.
Although Melissa gained much of her experience in large corporate environments, she’s proud to be a “people person.” She connects with clients and colleagues on a more personal level and genuinely cares about their well-being. She’s diligent, trustworthy, reliable and attentive to the needs of others.

Melissa was born and raised in New Hyde Park, NY. She holds a degree from Briarcliffe College, Bethpage, NY, and was honored on the President's List & Dean's List. She’s also a Licensed Notary Public, Certified Home Stager, and Certified Personal Trainer.
In her free time, she enjoys training at the gym, and spending time with her two sons.
