Melissa Mercer, realtor, was recommended to me by my niece recently as I needed to sell my home before moving to Idaho. When I met Melissa for the first time, I was drawn to her energetic personality as well as her knowledge of the current real estate market. Melissa was very helpful by doing a market study to come up with a good and fair price for my listing. I had many questions throughout the process of selling my home, Melissa was very prompt in answering my calls and had answers to my questions as well as referring several “handymen” to help with some updates and repairs. I found Melissa to be very honest about my expectations, keeping me up to date on any inquiries or interest that potential buyers had in my home. She encouraged me to stick with the price we thought was fair, and the house sold much quicker than I had anticipated. On a scale of one through 10, I would rate Melissa a 10+ realtor!
