Melissa helped me figure out a budget that wouldn't make me house poor. She worked with me patiently to make sure we found a house within our budget that we wouldn't regret buying. She was familiar with the neighborhoods, the history of the pricing in the area, and the schools, which made working with her a dream.

Melissa and Tim made our home buying experience such a breeze! We were clueless and they taught us what we needed to do to get on track to buy. They worked with us for two years before we finally were ready and they found us our forever home quickly thereafter! The seller made things difficult but Your Real Estate People were there for us at every turn to problem solve and keep pushing things along. We made it into our new home sooner than expected and we had such a great experience with this dynamic duo of a team. Melissa and her husband Tim are the greatest! If you have an elderly parent that needs help selling their house I can tell you that they are the best. Melissa and Tim have been so kind, supportive, helpful and they have had my mother’s best interest at heart from day one. They will answer all your questions with honesty and integrity. I live in another state and it has taken all the stress and pressure off of me. They sold her condo very quickly and assisted her in finding an assisted living option that she loves. Tim was referred to us by another client of his that used him to sell their home. So happy he was because we were beyond impressed! He gave us such personalized attention from the day we met him through buying our new dream home, which told us that he truly listens and cares about his clients as if we were family! Not only was Tim knowledgeable about the market and every question we had for him, he was also always available to show us homes! He is a great communicator and seems to have the patience of a Saint! There was one home that was our number one pick out of all that we looked at. We went back and looked at it a couple times, first time being just my husband and I, then again with our kids. Both times I couldn't help noticing a large collection of realtors buisness cards that were left for the seller after they walked through this specific house with their clients. As we passed by all these cards, which were attached to a potential buyer, I couldn't help feeling like this home would be impossible for us to call home. As we reach the end of what we figured would be a more of a stressful moment in life, and praying we get a realtor that fit our needs and wants...we want to thank God for fulfilling those wishes by placing Tim in our path! Because out of ALL the people the seller of our dream house choose to sell to.... It was US!!! The home I thought would be impossible ended up to be POSSIBLE! Possible...
