Tim was referred to us by another client of his that used him to sell their home. So happy he was because we were beyond impressed! He gave us such personalized attention from the day we met him through buying our new dream home, which told us that he truly listens and cares about his clients as if we were family! Not only was Tim knowledgeable about the market and every question we had for him, he was also always available to show us homes! He is a great communicator and seems to have the patience of a Saint! There was one home that was our number one pick out of all that we looked at. We went back and looked at it a couple times, first time being just my husband and I, then again with our kids. Both times I couldn't help noticing a large collection of realtors buisness cards that were left for the seller after they walked through this specific house with their clients. As we passed by all these cards, which were attached to a potential buyer, I couldn't help feeling like this home would be impossible for us to call home.
