Melissa did an outstanding job in selling our home. She demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the Upper Valley (NH and VT properties), listened to our desires first, and only then shared her thoughts on strategy and initial list price backed by current market comps and trends. She communicated thoroughly and promptly. Her photographer did an amazing job capturing the uniqueness yet move-in readiness of a 100+ year old house, thereby generating immediate interest from prospective buyers. Melissa attended the majority of the showings, including those with buyers agents which no doubt contributed to the short duration before the property went under contract. Having bought and sold multiple properties with several agents, Melissa clearly stands out as a favorite!
