Melissa was invaluable in our first home buying experience. She was so patient and dedicated to helping us find the perfect fit in a home. She is an experienced realtor (not to mention friendly and caring person) with a wealth of knowledge about the local NJ areas and every step of the home buying process. She was quick to respond to texts/calls, followed up with updates, coordinated with our loan officer and inspection people, and answered our questions thoroughly. We felt supported and in good hands. She works fast, and let us know what she recommended would be worth the effort to improve the home's appeal, and she connected us to contractors to hire for the work. We were happy with the results and sold the home in no time! She also demonstrated that she cared about her buyers and that she is committed to get them into the place they would want to call home. We just might call her to represent us the next time we are looking to buy a new home!

We did indeed call Melissa again to buy our new home last year! We were very picky about location and what we wanted in a home, and Melissa was always kind, honest, and patient with us, always informing us about important things to consider about each home, while letting us make our own decisions. She is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of buying a house, in a challenging market, and helped us get our dream home! She also helped us sell our townhouse, which makes a total of 3 home sales we've accomplished with Melissa and her team. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We first met our real estate agent, Mandi Oresick, of the Melissa Ryan Team (with Keller Williams, in Cherry Hill), when we wandered into one of her open houses in September 2022. Almost exactly one year later, she was our agent helping us close on a house of our own. In that year, Mandi went to bat for us, every single day, in one of the toughest buyer’s markets ever seen. She hustled to promptly get us into every listing we wanted to see, gave us crucial information to help us make informed decisions, and ensured our offers were quickly and fully communicated to every seller’s agent on every property on which we put an offer. Melissa was not only knowledgeable but incredibly patient with our family. Explaining the market, the comparables, and the differences in nearby properties to help us price the property appropriately in a volatile market. She talked to me on an almost daily basis about possible contingencies and managing every aspect of the sale. Our house sold for asking price in mere days after putting it on the market. I worked with Melissa's team to both sell my property and buy a new property. Melissa Ryan did a fabulous job of presenting my "difficult to sell" home in such a positive light, that it sold immediately at the initial open house weekend with an offer that was well above asking price.
Mandy Oresick made looking for a property and actually buying a property a very enjoyable experience. She was available anytime I asked her, even last minute, to go see any and every new property that came on the market. Mandi took me all over many areas in South Jersey until I finally decided on purchasing a property in the very first section of Cherry Hill that we had looked. She was always accommodating, and on one occasion when Mandi was away for the weekend, Melissa accommodated my request to see a property that weekend and accompanied me.
