Melissa Sedevie is a wife, mom of two great kids, and a Real Estate Broker Associate with American Realty who truly loves helping people find their place to call home. For more than nine years, she has been navigating the fast-paced, competitive real estate market, guiding clients through multimillion-dollar sales while making the process smooth, successful, and even enjoyable. Beyond real estate, she enjoys giving back through the Sycamore Education Foundation Board, YMCA committees, PTO involvement, church activities, and sponsoring local youth events. Melissa and her husband, Ryan—Senior Associate Athletic Director at Northern Illinois University—and their two children have proudly called the DeKalb/Sycamore area home for over a decade. As a family, they stay busy with sports, community events, and local organizations, and they love being part of such a vibrant and welcoming community.
