Melissa Starnes Knight

Melissa is a native of the Carolinas and grew up in the small town of Richburg, SC. She attended Lewisville High School before going on to earn her bachelor’s degree at the University of South Carolina.

Melissa has background experience within real estate law through her work assisting closing transactions as a paralegal. She understands all sides of the spectrum of a real estate closing and will work diligently to ensure a smooth process for all!

Melissa is excited to be involved in the buying and closing process from an agent’s perspective and working with homebuyers from start to finish on turning their new house into a home.

When she is not working, Melissa enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading a good book and venturing out on outdoor activities such as kayaking.
