Melissa Storer

A North County native, Melissa is an expert in the local market. Her familiarity with school districts and neighborhoods and passion for Southern California draw clients not only from the region but also those who are relocating from other states. Having developed her business solely on referrals, she prides herself in delivering professional, top-notch customer service while fighting tooth and nail for her clients. Maintaining lasting relationships long after the successful close of a transaction is very important to Melissa as she feels building a relationship based on trust, respect, loyalty, and integrity are the foundation of her business.

After a successful career in sales, Melissa realized her passion for real estate; her tenacious spirit and knack for leadership soon granted her the Top Producers award for 2016 and 2017 at her previous company, HomeSmart Realty West. Pair that with a Bachelors degree and Teaching Credential from Cal State San Marcos, and Melissa commands the perfect balance between even-tempered perseverance and a deep desire to help others.

Melissa has a wide variety of experience ranging from first time home buyers to luxury real estate. Having grown up in a military family who was once stationed in Camp Pendleton, she finds joy in also assisting military families. She continually strives to make each transaction pleasant, professional, efficient, and, ultimately, successful by using her real estate know-how, sharp negotiating skills and persistence to help others accomplish the American dream by taking the time to find each clients “Home Sweet Home”.

In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt—who is a Captain for the Carlsbad Fire Department—and their three children, Christian, Ella, and Kai. They love going to the beach and spending time outdoors with their friends and family.
