Melissa wrote up my contract for my FSBO and did an amazing job! Although all she was supposed to do was write up contract, she went above and beyond, educating my husband and I on all aspects of the buying process, and helped us iron out a few wrinkles along the way! She truly made the process as smooth as possible!! I would definitely recommend her to anyone!!
