She LISTENS to what you are looking for and what you want to do and figures out how to best go after it. Her response time is incredible, day or night we were never left hanging or waiting around for answers. The teams she works with both from her firm and the people she pulls in for financing/etc are all A+ players as well, so you feel supported A-Z.

And finally, NEVER ONCE did it feel like we were pushed into something just for the commission. Melissa really cares about the people she represents and finding the right fit for everyone involved. We talked to Melissa for about a year and a half on and off before finally moving forward to put our first home on the market, there was never any pressure from her before it was the right time for us.

Well this review has been a long time coming. My fiancé and I had the opportunity to work with one of the best realtors in Pittsburgh - Melissa Woods!! When we first met her - her energy was absolutely fantastic!! We established a great rapport and were able to tell her the what, where, when, why and how’s we we’re looking for in a house. I consider myself quite picky and was really set on what I wanted for my family to help us finally establish permanent roots in the South Hills area. She never blinked an eye!! 😉 I was amazed how well she had come to know us b/c she would tell us after our tour - yeah I didn’t think this one was the ONE!! I remember OUR saying btwn us & Melissa when looking at homes - it’s just Jesus! And it really was b/c we looked for roughly 2 yrs and picked one of the craziest times to find the house we fell in love with - we found during the red stage of COVID 19. It was stressful and exciting at the same time! Melissa definitely helped us figure out how we were going to make this happen with our new normal, but again she never blinked an eye. I don’t know very many ppl let alone realtors that would go above and beyond in this type of situation, the way she did during such a trying time. BUT - here we are - almost a month in our new place we now call home AND absolutely LOVE!! We thank you Melissa!! IJJ - it’s just Jesus!!! We love you bunches.

We used Melissa to buy, and sell a house. It was pretty standard of what you could expect.

She put our house for sale on the database listing, and interested people came. There was a lot of coordination needed due to the fact that we still lived in the house. There was a few mishaps, but overall it at least got sold.

Searching for a house was mostly us looking on Zillow for what we liked, and then asking Melissa to schedule time to see the house. She was very prompt with the buying process.
