She was always available and within a text or phone call away and most importantly she would answer right away and set up showings right away. I really appreciate how attentive she was. If you are looking for a realtor who truly cares and has your back, Melissa Yackley is the one. She is professional, loyal and honest, knowledgeable, flexible and was available anytime our family needed her.

We were moving out of state and had a very tight window to work with. Melissa was willing to do anything she could to help us, including finding resources and trustworthy realtors for us in our new state. She professionally guided us through the process and was readily available to address any questions or concerns we had. This relieved all the unnecessary stress we felt in an otherwise naturally stressful situation. She even came to help our kids feel more at ease by explaining the plan of action, time-frame and what to expect to help them feel more comfortable and in control of the situation.

When we ran into issues with potential buyers, Melissa handled it immediately and made sure we didn't get scammed. She had our backs through private offers to her personally under the table, bait and switch schemes and never once wavered. Melissa will fight for her clients as if they are her own family. She sold our house (for above asking price) in a matter of days which enabled us to proceed with the purchase of our new home within the very tight window we had to sell a house and buy a new one in two different states.

We highly recommend Melissa and her services to anyone who is looking for a 1st class realtor. We are so grateful to her for everything she has done for us. We could not have asked for more.

We decided to place our home we lived in for 7 years with our 2 boys we raised there. As our boys grew, we all outgrew our home. We decided to seek out realtors in our area and then interview them and found Melissa Yackley. What a delightful experience it was. She provided us with local area comps in our area and assessed our homes value to list. From the preparation and staging on our end. To the drone and picture images taken on her end. Together we agreed to list our home on the market. In 7 hours after listing we had 4 appointments. Within 24 hours. We accepted an offer made for asking price. 3 1/2 weeks later? We closed. Then!! Melissa also found our new house. She is so patient. Very knoweldgeabe, Knows her market and the competition. She is a true blessing and glad our lives crossed path. Not 5 stars. She's a total 10 Star service, if google would allow to rate that high.

Melissa knew my area, where I was selling, and priced my home right. I sold in one day. I had two or more offers.
When it came to finding me a home, she also knew the area, the streets in the area where I was looking. She looked first thing in the morning and throught the day for homes going up for sale. We looked at some bad homes that looked nice on the listing.
One morning a listing just popped up, and said meet me there, and it was my dream home!! I bought it!! She is awesome!
When you use her, she won't stop until you are in your dream home and are happy.
