We have been working with Melissa since we bought our first home in 2011. This time, Melissa helped us sell our home in Los Angeles, and buy a house in South Bay. In selling our home, she gave us valuable advice from pricing to getting the house ready for sale with a professional stager that suits your budget. We had a minor issue with a clerical error from the title company. Melissa and her team were able to untangle the problem and deliver a clean, final result. We were nervous about finding a new home while our current home was in escrow. Melissa was able to win us a home that has multiple offers in a tight schedule. She has a positive attitude and is very energetic throughout the entire process. I would recommend Melissa to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

Melissa is the ULTIMATE realtor! I worked with her to secure my first condo and worked with her again when it came time to sell. Best Agent In The Business!

Melissa Zee is one of the most ethical, trustworthy, and experienced real estate agents in the business. She provides an honest assessment of your property and works hard to get you the maximum amount. She sold my house in the first week it went on the market after receiving multiple offers over asking. She sat down with me and we reviewed all the offers, including the prospective buyers' financing, and ability to close escrow in a timely manner. She provided guidance on counteroffers and putting me in the best position for a successful sale. As long as I'm in California, she will always be my agent! And, no matter where I am in the world, she will always be my good friend.

Melissa is a true professional and very fun to work with at the same time. Tireless does not begin to describe the dedication she puts forth on behalf of her clients. Buying a home in the middle of a pandemic as a first-time buyer is enough to make anyone go crazy. Melissa Zee is the only reason we were able to close and keep our sanity!

Melissa was really there for us throughout the whole process. She helped us hone in on our budget, build geographic parameters, strategize offers etc. As first-timers, we had a LOT of questions. Melissa is the agent that will answer your texts and 6am when you think of yet another question.

It helps to have a realtor who has over 20 years of experience when it gets down to the nitty gritty. When you're signing what feels like thousands of documents, having a realtor who'll comb through them for abnormalities or talk you through dense real estate jargon is priceless. She also has tons of contacts that we really loved for everything from lending companies, termite inspectors, homeowners' insurance - you name it.

All of this aside, Melissa was truly on our team. She is just as excited as we are that we're homeowners and she'll be the first we celebrate with! (Responsibly. With masks )

There was a lot going on in my life, as well as purchasing a new home, and at the same time I was putting my home on the market. Melissa Zee signed on as my realtor. All I can say is OMG!!!!!! I picked the right one. It took a few months to sell my home, and during that time Melissa kept me calm through the whole process. She kept me in the loop the whole time and gave me feedback after every open house. She really cares about her clients and their needs and I felt that the whole time. And it shows.
