My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Melody. We were out of town buyers who really needed an agent to be our eyes and ears if a property became available when we weren't in FL. Melody did a wonderful job checking out houses for us, making video tours, Facetiming live from properties for which we had interest. Melody went above and beyond providing terrific recommendations for everything from inspectors and appraisers to painters. She even helped co ordinate things so we could get the house painted before we moved in. We really appreciated all of her knowledge and help.
