I randomly met Melody at the nail salon and was just venting about how my realtor was not help and ended up finding out Melody was a realtor. She didn’t come in advertising like most other realtors did. I liked that about her. Also the reason why I decided to ask for her contact info.
The universe sent her to us when we needed her the most! After 2-3 unhelpful realtors we found one that made the effort to show us she cared.
She listened to what we wanted and made it happen. The whole process of house shopping was easy with her. She made us comfortable and made sure to clear any misunderstandings we had. I’m glad we trusted her when it came to home buying.

Thank you, Melody for taking the time to help us and do everything you could to get us what we wanted and deserved. You’re greatly appreciated and I’d highly recommend you to all my friends that want to look in the future. <3

I am so happy to have met Melody Wallace my experience with her was amazing her professionalism was outstanding anc over the top. If I had a question she was prompt about getting me the answer I needed. She was very fair and honest with me about this journey of searching for a house. Less a few weeks we found the house that fit my needs. I was over joyed and excited I am so thankful for Melody she is truly a gift from God. Melody takes alot of pride in her work it's not just a job she loves helping people. She has lots of patiences thank you Melody for your services. Melody is a great person that truly cares about her clients. Melody once told me that once she starts to work with you and gets you into a home you are not clients you are family. I still talk to her on her the phone and I trust her with lives and homes of my family and friends simply because I know she will do everything she can for them. She is woman of worth, substance, grace, humility, dignity, and faith - personally there is nothing better than that to put your trust in. Thanks Melody!!

Melody has this sweet and caring personality that gives you the joy to work with. She is business minded and very professional which reassured me that we will get the job done. I seek her help for the first time when I was looking for a house to lease and I was amazed with her responsiveness. Literally, she was able to secure a virtual/video tour for the house I was interested in within 24 hrs. Needless to mention that she got that house for me. Even afterwards, she has always been available to help with any issues/problems that show up during the lease term. When I decided to purchase my 1st home, I didn't hesitate to work with her on such big step. She is very knowledgeable and transparent. Let me tell you a little about Mrs. Melody Wallace. She came in and took care of getting paperwork together, speaking and getting the best offers and rates for me. I worked with one mortgage company for a year and no good results. But, let me tell you she is amazing. She guide you and value you opinion and truly listens to your needs and wants. Melody quickly familiarized herself with the zip codes of our preferred locations to find our home. Not only was she expeditious, she was thorough! She found us the best deal as far as tax rate as well as the best lender.
Melody has the patience of Job! We changed our minds so many times and she remained calm and professional.

After closing, Melody stayed in contact to ensure a smooth transition. She has been our liaison with the builder and when we have shared our frustrations about communication and progress, Melody made a phone call and immediately we saw a difference!
