Mendy Whitehead

Born and raised in Texas, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and families find their perfect homes in Trophy Club and the surrounding areas. Having raised my two children and now watching my three grandchildren grow up here, I know firsthand what makes this community so special. I began my real estate career in 1995 and became a licensed Broker in 1999. In 1998, I purchased Trophy Realtors, where I now lead a talented team of 10 agents. As both a teacher and mentor, I take pride in guiding my team and clients with knowledge, integrity, and care. Our office handles a wide range of real estate services, including residential, commercial, farm and ranch, land, and investment properties. To better serve our investors, we also operate a Property Management division that currently manages approximately 60 properties.

Community involvement has always been a cornerstone of my life. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Metroport Chamber of Commerce, the 2030 Vision Committee for the Town of Trophy Club, and the Western Advisory Committee for the DFW Association of Realtors. I’m also an active member of Denton Bible Church. In the past, I’ve served on the Northwest ISD Foundation Board, which provides grants and scholarships to support local teachers and students.

With deep roots in the community and over two decades of experience, I’m passionate about helping others find not just a house, but a place to call home.
