As a licensed Realtor® and mobile Notary, I am fully prepared to tackle the wide scope of work required for buying and selling homes. I have extensive knowledge in remodeling, landscaping, loan types and have sold all types of homes from rentals to manufactured and even commercial and vacant land.
Over the years I have developed strong relationships with my lenders, appraisers, vendors and home inspectors. One of my largest strengths is my ability to adapt to your needs and get the job done. I have worked with septic installers, county commissioners, general contractors, local boards. Strength number 2, I will get on the phone and make the calls every single time. My largest strength overall is my ability to market. I am highly skilled in graphic design and web based apps, marketing is one of my favorite parts. Not just for sellers but also for buyers. I will send the post cards, flyers, mass emails and open my rolodex to get the job done and at a price that everyone likes.
It is one of my core beliefs that as a REALTOR®, I should give back and be a role model and source of knowledge for our community. I am currently serving as a past President to the Athens County Board of Realtors and current 3 Year Director. I also participate in the annual Ohio Association of Realtors Conference, where I have gained access to a variety of speakers and personal coaches that have helped me boost my career through education and networking.
