Prior to real estate, Meredith spent a decade in New York City's real estate and economic development industry, including posts at the Union Square Partnership, the Economic Development and Rebuilding team in Mayor Bloomberg's office and the urban wayfinding firm Two Twelve. Armed with this extensive background and seven years in residential real estate, Meredith is an expert at identifying value, preparing winning offers, negotiating, and renovating and staging homes for top-dollar success.

Meredith is a graduate of Montclair Kimberley Academy. She earned her bachelor's degree from Colgate University and a master's in urban planning & economic development from NYU Wagner. Deeply involved in the community, she's a member of the Friends of Montclair Crew, Montclair Lacrosse Boosters and the Montclair Art Museum, Garden Club and Orchestra, and she donates a portion of each commission to nonprofit organizations.
