Working with Meredith was an incredible experience. She was patient, prepared and came up with questions we didn't even think about, looking out for our best interest. My husband is in construction so we could look past a home that needed love. Meredith could see through our eyes and knew exactly what we were looking for and that was exactly what she brought us to see. She listened to us took her time finding the right properties to show us. Our communication was incredible (including 10PM on a Sunday night). She even went above and beyond when illness struck my husband just before we closed. She wasn't just an agent; she was a partner and now a lifelong friend. Highly recommend Meredith! Meredith Connor is an exceptional real estate agent. With her valuable advice we were able to purchase a unique vacation home in a very tight market. The open house was held on a gray, rainy day. Despite the weather, when we arrived at the open house a line of cars stretched down the street and large number of people paraded through the house. I was not optimistic about our chances, but Meredith advised us how to structure our offer for the best chance of success. The seller’s agent came back saying our offer was one of the top offers and to make our last and best offer. Again, Meredith’s advice on making our final offer was excellent, and to our delight it was accepted. Throughout the process, Meredith was calm and reassuring and answered all of our questions. I sincerely believe that without Meredith, we would not have succeeded in buying the house. In addition, after the purchase, she was a great resource for contractor recommendations. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Meredith's professionalism, knowledge, and support were invaluable. My husband and I recently bought our first home with Meredith's help. She walked us through each step of the way and helped us feel comfortable and confident in what could have been a very stressful process.

Overall it took us a month before making the offer on the house. During that time, Meredith accompanied us to all of the properties we wanted to see and was able to find many options matching our needs and budget. Since we had to travel from Brooklyn to view the properties, she was very flexible in working with us. At each showing, she pointed out potential issues and benefits properties had over the other.

Meredith also has been very resourceful. She introduced us to our inspector, title company, and mortgage company. Between the offer being accepted and closing, she ensured there were no snags or hold-ups between all parties involved. Frankly, I don't think the process could have been any smoother than it was.

We can't speak highly enough of Meredith. We were very pleased and recommend her to anyone looking to buy in New Hampshire. She has gone above and beyond. She was even kind to buy us a gift to celebrate the closing.

Meredith was a joy to work with from start to finish. When searching for a home, she was patient while we went through the process of looking at homes and deciding what we really needed. With her guidance, making an offer, coordinating a home inspection and navigating the closing process was painless, even during a pandemic and with a slow mortgage company. Meredith was still a big help after the sale by sharing her knowledge of the area and suggesting a contractor. I can’t recommend her enough.
