Not until later in life did I realize that an extraordinary agent is a game changer! Meredith is a diamond in the rough!! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
I decided it was time to sell my house and downsize. I met with several agents, and when I met Meredith I decided she was the perfect agent to sell my property.
Meredith’s top qualities - Relationship Building - Meredith has a 100% non salesy warm energy. Our first meeting was professional, thoughtful, and I didn’t feel ANY pressure from her to do anything. She was simply giving me advice, I had a lot of questions. She didn’t mention her successes or tell me she already knew interested buyers, or that I should sell right away. On the contrary, she listened and presented options. I began to trust her knowledge, experience, honesty and approach. My trust grew throughout the entire process.
Local Area Expertise - Meredith knows the area! As a local she has an arsenal of top notch contacts. She had excellent referrals for anything house and property related. Inspectors, township advice, electricians, movers, storage, tree services, appraisers….the list goes on Adaptability - Meredith thoughtfully listened to my worries, and we always collaborated on the price and timeline. I always felt heard. Dedication - I felt 100% confident that Meredith had my back, and that selling my home at the highest price was her #1 priority.
Service - Meredith includes extra services - before market she provided home improvement services, an outstanding marketing plan, other items and advice that increased the value of our house. Communication - via phone, text, or email, Meredith either responded instantly or shorty afterwards. She always knew the answers to our questions, and we trusted her advice.
Problem-solving - just one example, rain was forecasted on the date of the scheduled open house. Meredith called me and in about 30 minutes decided to change everything (theme, day, time) to make sure the open house was as successful as possible. Amazing! - Negotiation Strategy - we received 7 offers in 48 hours. Meredith is an expert negotiator, she was interacting with all the agents simultaneously. She presented the offers to us in an easy to understand format. We were always aligned.
Bottom line - within 3 days of being on the market Meredith had a signed sales agreement over the list price with terms beyond our expectations!
After Closing Relationship - Meredith said whenever we have questions, or need a referral we can always contact her, and we will!

Buying or selling real estate can be a very personal and difficult prospect. Meredith guided us through the selling of our home and somehow removed the "difficult" from the process. From the first time we met her she instantly became a member of the family, which made the day of settlement difficult to part ways. She is brilliant at her craft and her level of detail throughout the process was stellar. She was plain and clear with how we should prep the home, and counseled us through some stressful moments that we might see the light at the end of the tunnel. I cannot express enough how amazing it is to have her in your corner!
