Meredith was so amazing to work with! My husband and I moved back to IL from TX and were wanting to find our forever home. Meredith took the time to not only walk us through the home buying process in this crazy market, but she also took the time and listened to exactly what we were wanting and with every house we saw we got closer and closer to our dream home. This is the third time we used Meredith Patchett for selling a family property. Meredith was on top of everything from pre-listing to closing. She was great with feedback on what things we should do/focus on before listing. Once we listed, we had many listings and multiple offers. This time was our faster close- it was 3 weeks from listing to closing. We are so happy to have closed so quickly and now can enjoy our new home which Meredith also helped us locate.
