Meridee Carter

Meridee comes from a long tradition of real estate professionals. Her mother has worked in the real estate community in Contra Costa County since 1985. As a homeowner both in Berkeley (income property) and her main residence in San Pablo, Meridee has hands-on experience in remodeling and restoration of older homes and has a passion for architecture and design. She has developed an extensive network of home construction and maintenance professionals. She is an experienced project manager fully capable of handling your sale alone or assisting you in your decisions.

As a resident since 1984, Meridee has exceptional knowledge of local history and a familiarity with various East Bay school and park districts. She has a daughter who attended Berkeley schools and graduated from Berkeley High. Meridee has practiced real estate in the East Bay area for over 20 years, both listing properties and representing buyers. She spends her free time cycling and hiking and working on her urban farm. Meridee has exceptional "people skills" - she is patient and particularly good at explaining the real estate process.
