Merlin has been assisting clients in residential, commercial, industrial, and land/lots for nearly 14 years. He prides himself on client service, financial knowledge, business analysis, and face-to-face relationships. With his years of experience, he can direct clients to successful results. He is able to take residential or commercial clients through the buying or selling process in a manner that makes it rewarding and complete.

Before Merlin entered the real estate business he owned and operated an office products company that became one of the most successful and largest in the Midwest, with stores in eight states. Being a longtime resident of Watertown, he has been very involved in many community and state-wide organizations and chaired many of them.
