Mike was the consummate professional to work with who understood all aspects of the real estate market in Taos and the surrounding areas. He offered excellent advice in terms of the areas we should look and addressed all the key points to consider in any of the properties we considered; landscaping, structural issues, ROI, financing, surveys, etc. He was available at any time needed and provided all documentation in timely manners with clear explanations. Having no surprises in a real estate purchase is a big deal and Mike delivered on all levels. Not only is he an excellent agent to work with but he is also just a great guy. Thank you Mike we could not be more pleased with our end result.
