As a resident of Williamson County for the past 35 years, I have experienced first-hand the tremendous growth and excitement watching Middle Tennessee, in my opinion, become one of the most desirable areas to live. I love Tennessee!

Originally from New Jersey, my wife and I moved to Nashville in 1983. We were blessed to have had successful careers as founding members of the RCA Country group Baillie & The Boys. Dozens of hit songs and industry nominations later, I started my own mortgage company, 1st Choice Mortgage Solutions, specializing in residential purchase and refinance home loans. This experience has given me an inside understanding of the finance world revolving around home mortgages and has become very helpful with some of my clients.

Realizing my favorite part of the entire process was the interaction and personal relationships that I established with my clients, I ultimately decided to move away from the mortgage side and enter the world of real estate!
