We met Mike during an open house in a neighborhood closer to Gainesville. We introduced ourselves, he gave us his card, and at that point, the rest is history.

He stayed in contact with us on a monthly basis, even though our plans were not firm. We were just kind of looking for a home — not entirely sure, because we had just bought a home. We knew we wanted to be in an area that was going to help my son’s situation with regards to school. When we purchased the home we were in, it was initially zoned for the school we wanted him to attend, and then that changed.

Mike continued to keep in touch with us on a monthly basis, and it was appreciated. It didn’t feel transactional.

Then, a little after Christmas, they had a Christmas party. We had gone in with the idea of just selling the house we were in and buying something at a bit of a higher budget. But we ended up hatching a new plan where we would be able to keep one of the homes and leverage some of our other resources to buy a third home.

Mike was fantastic throughout the entire process. At the Christmas party, we told him — and told his wife — that we really appreciated how seen and appreciated he made all his clients feel. Like they were never a bother, Like time wasn’t an issue. He’s a master of his craft when it comes to making people feel important. And that matters. This is an important purchase.

We wanted to work with him, and while we found something fast, it checked every box we wanted. It was within the budget we wanted to be in, in the school zone we wanted, and it still allowed us to stay close to home and close to our family.

Every time we asked him to put in an offer, he did — no hesitation. Even when there were things we didn’t agree on, we found a way to align, and that’s the important part of the partnership he made us feel we had with him.
Ten out of ten — I would recommend Mike to any family interested in buying, selling, or renting a home. Truly caring is not something everybody has, and this person really, really does. Thank you, Mike, for all you’ve done.

I reached out to Keller Williams because we needed an agent to assist us in the sale of our home. Michael called me back immediately and we met with him and the Piano team that evening. Based on that meeting, we knew that Michael and the Piano team, with their proven track record of success and market knowledge were the real estate team for us.
