Mike and Michele Boylan are great people to work with. I met Mike 2 years ago when my late husband and I wanted to sell our house, my husband died before the sale was final, Mike helped me with selling the house and finding me another house there in Hermiston. This year I sold my house in Hermiston and had Mike help me with that. He had my interest in mind always, he would not let anyone take advantage of me. He always puts his clients first. Both Mike and his wife were awesome to work with. We spent just under a year looking for a home to purchase. We were particularly picky as we were looking for our forever home. Not once did we ever feel like the Boylan’s were not 100% on our team, and they always had a great attitude when helping us. When we asked if they thought a home was priced correctly, they would always give honest feedback about even when it would benefit them to just say a home was priced where they thought it should be. They were always quick to respond to our questions, and worked around our schedule. They even met after hours a couple of times to help us get our home. I could go on and on about how great our experience was but I’ll end by saying we highly recommend these two and consistently tell our friends to use them to find a house.

I contacted Mike after my father passed away. I was looking for information on what options I had to sell his house. Boylan Realty took the time to look at the house and go over all of my options. We talked and came up with a plan to put the house on the market for an "as Is" sale. Mike was very transparent about the expectations. We just wanted to get the house sold as soon as possible to move on from some negative memories. I'm not sure on the exact time frame, but I think it was only 17 days from listing till closing, making the entire process seem so much less stressful than it could have been. Boylan Realty was always available for my calls and communicated very well. If I had any other business to do in the Hermiston area, there is no doubt i would call them again. Thanks Boylan Realty.

Mike was extremely responsive throughout our home-selling process. American West Properties also charged less commission than we were used to and have paid in the past, saving us thousands of dollars at closing. Mike will give his professional opinion but did everything exactly as we asked, even if he disagreed. He is very knowledgeable, having worked for a manufactured home builder in the past, so he knew what to look for and what the inspector and FHA mortgage appraiser would be looking for as well, saving us time and money.

I very much recommend working with Mike Boylan for your real estate needs. Mike was our buyers agent on an FHA purchase of an older home that became complicated with delays and set backs. Being a seller's market when this transaction was taking place it was important for us to see this transaction through. Mike stepped up to meet all the challenges head on calling in help and using contacts he had to keep the purchase moving forward. We were moving from out of the area and Mike was our only representation on the ground. He did a fantastic job. If we decide to sell in the future Mike will be our first call.
