This is the 2nd time I’ve used Mike as my agent over the course of 3 years. Using the word “Agent”, “broker”, or “rep” doesn’t do his services justice - he is truly a trusted advisor and a friend. I’m certainly not the easiest client, and he was with me every step of the way from house hunting throughout close. I used Mike for both my sale & purchase - his deep knowledge of the market, beyond just cliches (I.e this house is walking distance to the park yada yada) that most agents provide, is extremely valuable. He understands not just the RE market, but financial markets and how RE will potentially be impacted. Mike always put me and my families priorities first and has an incredible vision.
