Amy was everything I didn’t know I needed in a realtor - knowledgeable, very responsive to a txt or call (SO important in this process!), patient (so. many. showings.), quick to make herself available for a showing (and when she wasn’t, she had one of her wonderful colleagues meet us for the showing so we stayed on top of house viewings), detail oriented (there are so many small things to pay attention to at a house and she sure was on top of it!), and a great listener - she really paid attention to what we wanted and kept that in the back of her head with every showing which really helped keep us on track.

Once we found the home we ultimately closed on, she helped walk us through the closing process the entire way, even ensuring we had everything we needed for move day and anything we might need after.

The Bryan group was very easy to work with. They were accommodating, willing to work within my schedule and go out of their way to help. The entire team was very professional and went to work quickly. The pictures of the house were fantastic. They listed my home on a Thursday evening and by Sunday night I was reviewing 10 offers. They summarized the offers in a spreadsheet to aid in the process. I had an accepted offer by Monday night. Yep - 5 DAYS later and it was for $25k OVER asking price! The house closed within 3 weeks. This was a seamless transaction without issue. I highly recommend them!

My real estate agent, Michael Bryan (my brother-in-law), answered all of my questions, made sure that the home was of good quality, and walked me through every step, and made me feel like I was his only client. That home was amazing to me and in that home, it went from being me to getting married and later having 2 beautiful daughters. I am originally from Memphis but live near Dallas now. A friend of mine knew that my husband and I were looking to get back home, so she was looking for realtors for us. She stopped at an open house that April and Michael Bryan were doing, for a completely different reason, and left there to message me, saying, "You really need to contact them. I think they are super nice and will be very helpful!"

She was right. I sent April an email the next day, and by the time we came to Memphis to visit homes, she knew exactly our tastes. She and Michael both went to multiple houses with us with a whirlwind several days off of work. They talked to us about the pros and cons of every home, in great detail, discussing all aspects from tree landscaping and yard drainage to foundation issues and window efficiency as well as cosmetic concerns.

When we were unable to find the right house while we were in Memphis, April continued to look diligently for us while we were back in the Dallas area, sending frequent emails with detailed photos and even conducting Skype tours a couple of times...until we found our perfect home!

Both April and Michael made us feel like we were a top priority at all times throughout the entire buying process. They helped us find a mortgage loan originator and a closing attorney, which was very helpful since we were out of town. April was at the closing and even continued to take our phone calls with questions about the transition after that meeting when we still had to exchange keys, paperwork, and the like.

I give Bryan Realty my highest recommendation.

From beginning to end, Michael did a fantastic job! He listened to us and learned what we needed to sell the home and that it was my friends home that her first husband and her had built and he could see what it meant to her but looked at it realistically on the area it was in.
