Michael Drapal

When Michael was a child, his mother was a Realtor. She introduced him to the real estate profession, and he soon became a total "real estate geek". At 16 years old, he passed the driver’s license test and became the "for sale sign boy" for the brokerage firm. Michael installed/removed for sale signs and loved viewing the new listings as soon as they hit the market. Later, he did a variety of office functions and enjoyed the marketing of real estate. My high school yearbook is filled with quotes from fellow students wishing his success in his upcoming real estate career. Michael’s high school classmates knew real estate was his passion. In college, he took every real estate, building construction, and marketing class he could to quench his desire to learn as much as possible about housing and property transactions. Michael’s thesis in graduate school was "The Effects of Relocation on the Employee and the Family".

For over 20 years, he has been a licensed Associate Broker with concentration in talent mobility management, employee relocation, contract management, residential real estate, and various other real estate disciplines.

As you can tell, Michael has a supercharged passion for real estate and an extensive knowledge base. These skills help clients with their real estate decisions and their property transactions. His clients make excellent real estate decisions because no other agent has the experience, education, and knowledge of Michael Drapal to help them with real estate.

When he is not working, you will find him mountain biking on the trails, hiking in the woods or in the caves, playing Euchre, or cooking/grilling with guests at my home.
