About Michael

Michael Dunstan is the Premier Realtor of the Hudson Valley. He was born and raised in Dutchess County, New York and is a graduate of Arlington High School (2000). After high school, Michael continued to pursue his education. He attended Pace University for his first year and then transferred to Marist College where he received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing (2004). Upon graduation, he then began his career in sales. Starting out working for a small telemarketing company selling promotional materials he realized that he really enjoyed striking up conversations with just about anyone. However, something was missing. Although Michael was extremely successful at telemarketing, he quickly realized he was meant to conversate face-to-face and not over the phone. It was at this realization that he decided to shift in a different direction. Michael then began his 15-year career with a fortune five hundred corporate telecommunications company as a direct sales representative. In each of these 15 years, Michael was awarded for being one of the top sales representatives throughout the entire country.

His work ethic, problem solving skills and determined mindset was a positive example for all and eventually led to him earning the title of Team Leader where he trained new sales team members and helped develop talent. Working for a corporate company has many advantages, but after 15 years, Michael felt that he was meant to do much more. With a strong passion and confidence to be able to assist others with perhaps some of their largest transactions, Michael knew it was time to transition full time into Real Estate. Now with many years of experience, Michael provides each of his clients a level of personal attention, professionalism and consistency that is second to none. His success can be attributed to his passion for homes as well as his intuition regarding the psychology of buying and selling. His successful track record is only possible because he delivers both results and an enjoyable experience.
