J. Michael Hale joined the team at Sell with Hale Realty and Auction, LLC in 2009 and currently is the Sales Manager. Michael is the son of Stephen and Mary Ann Hale, founders of Sell with Hale. He obtained his real estate sales associates license in 2009 and earned his Auctioneers license later that year. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Louisville, majoring in Communications & Economics. He is an alumnus of the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity. While attending U of L, Michael was awarded good academic standing. He became an Eagle Scout in 2006. Michael has over 10 years’ experience in real estate and auctions. Michael’s dedication to personal service, knowledge of the real estate industry, and marketing skills has earned him top sales volume. He can guide you through every step of selling or purchasing real estate. Michael believes in giving back to the community in which he lives. He is currently serving as President of the Springfield- Washington County Chamber of Commerce. He volunteers his auctioneering skills for many charity events. Michael participates in Career Days at the local schools and collaborates with Scouts BSA. A lifelong resident of Washington County, Michael lives in Springfield with his wife Catherine and three children. He works as a full-time agent and is dedicated to serve you.
