I built homes in the So. Cal area for 11 years and have been a licensed real estate sales agent/broker since 1995 serving the Greater Puget Sound Region since 1997 and recently expanding investment opportunities nationwide. I'm a partner in a construction and remodeling business providing design, development planning, and project management. We offer many solutions for new and renovation projects including hardscape, decks, pergolas, outdoor kitchens and landscaping.

I serve both residential and commercial clients and have built a phenomenal network and support team with a full roster of reliable and experienced professionals. Each are dedicated to their specialty whether it be vendors for services like inspections, appraisals, minor and major repairs, remodel/rehab and new construction, attorneys, insurance and home warranty providers, staging, clean-ups and demolition, as well as small and large development projects.
I am looking to connect with investors as well as sellers and buyers for all properties within residential single, multi-family and commercial markets both in the completed and development arenas. I have a solid network in the Puget Sound Area and countrywide and have investor and property/asset connections worldwide.
We are now setting to motion plans for establishing our first two private equity funds for real estate and profitable small business assets. Stellar Exit was established in 2024 to serve small business owners with scaling and growth on a consulting for equity basis as well as providing exit strategy planning services. Then small business funding launching in December 2025.
