Mike was very helpful and patient. His background as a civil engineer enabled him to point out good and bad details I'd have not known to look for. For example, the house I ended up buying had work that needed to be done in the basement. Mike's pointing that out allowed me to make an affordable bid that left me enough to have the necessary work done. The first broker I met with was high pressure, pushing me to buy a house that weekend. Mike understands that buying a house is a major decision, and allowed me all the time needed to make that decision. He was also helpful with making connections to various people in town I'd need to be working with.

Mike Julien did a wonderful job helping us sell a lovely house in a market in which buyers were scarce. He helped with every aspect of the sale from preparing the property to look its best for sale to arranging photos that showed the house at its best. He brings a great deal of experience in construction and connections with tradespeople that help overcome hesitation with buyers of older houses like ours. He was persistent in getting back with interested buyers and following up with other brokers. We had two different buyers who could not obtain financing after signing a contract but Mike put the property back on the market each time and found a new buyer. In the past, I have found most brokers simple list a property and then do little to promote it, hoping that the right buyer comes along. Mike is the rare broker who gives his undivided attention to getting you property sold. He was pleasant and professional at all times and I would recommend him to anyone.

Can’t say enough about Mike Julian! Mike did an extraordinary job getting our property ready and bringing it to market. He was highly professional and knowledgeable through the process at every step. Mike is also highly dependable and went the extra mile for us, which was a huge help as we were not local. Mike’s background in construction engineering and knowledge of the building trades is also a huge differentiator from other realtors.

As good as a realtor he is, Mike is even a better person. Mike wants ultimately what you do and will help you to get there. I’m really glad to have met him and had the chance to work together. Would work with him again in a minute!

During a time when homebuying is more stressful and difficult than ever, Mike's patient and supportive nature made our buying experience as pleasant as possible. Mike was the best agent. He listened to your needs and was super flexible. We moved back to ct from va in December. It took a few visits to ct over a period of 9 months but the perfect house became available at the right time. Mike made it happen for us and we are very happy with our purchase. We really enjoyed working with Mike Julian. He guided us through selling our home at the best price possible and he was willing to bring us wherever we wanted in order to look at a new property. He pointed out some structural issues with a few of the properties we looked at. Mike didn't put any pressure on us and he kept saying it was fully our decision. I would recommend Mike for any other parties looking for properties to rent or buy.
