As a Miami agent I referred Mike to a gulf coast buyer and friend of one of my customers. I received an excellent report back from the buyer who was able to find her dream condo on the beach in Terraces at Park Shore in Naples. Mike offered her concierge service assisting her with hotel recommendations during her search and even picked her up from the airport. I would highly recommend Mike’s services and will definitely send future buyers his way.

Mike Kussmann is the best realtor I have ever used in my life I was living on the east coast of Florida and hesitant to make the trip to Naples Mike was patient and eventually after two weeks I decided to come to Naples and look for a house with my husband in one day he showed us five houses each one matched what we were looking for we put in an offer someone bid higher but Mike kept persisting he is such a pleasure to be with he took us out to see at each house in his car we had lunch he took us to a great restaurant he is a true professional never pushed us once finally he suggested that we look at one of the houses again rather than looking for a rental we saw the house I walked in and I said this is it let’s make an offer we made the offer and within a few hours we heard that we had gotten the house before we knew it we were under contract but Mike did not let up he helped us do every single part of the closing coming over to help us hang pictures we became friends he is so knowledgeable of the Naples Bonita Springs area and again never was sales he never pushed us he is the real deal and if I could recommend anyone to you it would be Mike Kussmann he is the best takes care of everything you need and hopefully will become your friend. Working with Mike in Naples was an excellent experience. He suggested looking at a property well below my search parameters. I ended up loving it and he negotiated a great price under list. Mike did not try upsell and fought to make sure I did not over pay. I referred him to several friends and clients and I will definitely use him again.

Mike helped me with a square footage question I had this morning...he didn't have to, I'm sure he has more important matters to attend to, he could have dismissed me (as others did) as I'm not an active buyer right now but instead he went out of his way to calculate something for me to give me piece of mind. Personable, responsive and genuinely cares for his clients. Mike Kussmann provided a concise market analysis which gave us confidence in the asking price when he listed our home and pushed beyond that to help us get top dollar. He sent a home stager by for a consultation to help us minimize our decor, place furniture which really helped our home show at it's best. We received three offers the first week and Mike negotiated an offer above ask. We would highly recommend working with Mike. It was an experience that far exceeded our experiences with realtors in the past.

Mike is an exceptional agent who understands the nuances of selling a family home. Mike graciously helped me throughout the process as this was my first home sale. Additionally, he went above and beyond his responsibilities. Mike and I chatted remotely during the escrow period as I had left the state by then, and he was kind enough to check in on my house and act as a handyman for small repairs that came up before the closing. Mike is an excellent agent who I would work with again if given the chance.

Mike was an absolutely pleasure to work with.
Mike helped us with the purchase of our first home. He was always willing to take the time to identify areas in houses that we looked at that needed repair so we weren't surprised with what we were getting ourselves into. Ultimately, after viewing several homes, Mike, my wife, and I all got comfortable that we found a home with very solid bones at the right price. One of Mike's best qualities is his responsiveness. He was always available to answer our questions and always available to look at houses. The market was very active when we were looking at houses. Ultimately, we learned that if we liked a house, we needed to look at it within a few hours of it being on the market. Mike was always willing to drop everything and drive the hour to go look at a house immediately upon it being listed on the market. I would and will highly recommend Mike to other buyers (and sellers!).

Our renters moved out on a Friday and he had it listed for us by the following week. Not to mention he helped us coordinate the cleaning, a fresh coat of paint throughout and new carpeting in two rooms in that short amount of time. It looked as fresh and new as it did when we bought it years ago and amazingly we had multiple offers above asking price within days. Mike worked quickly and before we knew it the deal had been made. Mike's hard work and attention to detail made this possible. He is simply the best in Lake Zurich!

Home buying and selling is a journey.
We were fortunate enough to have Mike's help in navigating through the process and reaching our most ideal destination. Mike's commitment to our family began with the preparation of selling our home and continued through to our move into our new home. A trusting relationship quickly formed as we learned the many areas of Mike's expertise that would help us through the process. Securing a great contract for our home sale took a lot of work but Mike accomplished it in days. Finding the right house to make our new home was a longer road.
