About Michael
The best part of being a Realtor, for me, is being part of some of the biggest moments in people’s lives—whether it's helping a family buy their forever home or guiding a seller as they move on to their next chapter. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing those milestones come together, and I feel lucky to play a role in them.
I’ve been a licensed Realtor in Connecticut and Massachusetts since 2013, and in 2021, I launched my own brokerage—Evermark Property Group, LLC, based in Somers, CT. Before that, I studied Economics and Real Estate Finance at UConn and worked for major commercial real estate investment firms. That background gave me a strong foundation in market dynamics, negotiation, and property valuation—all of which I bring to every client relationship.
I grew up around construction sites and have flipped and renovated multiple homes with my dad. That hands-on experience helps me spot potential issues in a property long before an inspector arrives. I don’t “sell” homes—I share the facts, give honest input when asked, and let you decide what’s right for you. My clients value that straightforward approach and know they can trust I’m always looking out for their best interest.
