Mike's experience, knowledge of the communities in the area, and encouragement are awesome! He has been a tremendous help in narrowing down specifics for our dream North Georgia home. More importantly, he has the patience of a saint. House-hunting from out of state has its challenges, but we are confident he will find us the perfect home!

I have been using Michael Lacy as a Realtor in Blue Ridge for over 8 years. Michael has helped me to both purchase and sell investment properties in the Blue Ridge area. Michael is very knowledgeable about the area and what will sell and what will not sell, he has always been very upfront and honest whenever I inquire about a certain property for investment. With that said I have never felt like I was wasting his time with an inquiry and he will make certain that if he does not know an answer he will find out.
