From Las Vegas to Oahu to Clermont Florida I know what it means to move long distances. During those long distance moves I gained a vast amount of knowledge and understanding of what it means to take the plunge and move! Was raised in Las Vegas with a knowledge of the market that takes time and research to understand. I grew up a competitive swimmer until the age of 18 and I've applied that same work ethic and attention to detail to my career in real estate. Unlike most realtors, my expertise extends to every end of the home building, buying and financing process as well as contracting and remodel knowledge. I worked in the construction industry from 2003-2012, left that industry to join the real estate world in 2013 and spent a number of years as an investment broker alongside my real estate career. Now I use that experience to negotiate the best possible deal for each one of my clients. My cander along with knowledge of changing markets is what gets the job done. Whether it be a hyper buyer or hyper seller market, I find a way to prevail for my clients. My clients are my top priority, and my goal is to make sure that we have a smooth and pain free transaction!
