About Michael

Knowledgeable, caring and patient is how Mike's past clients have described him. His experience as an engineer and in the construction, industry gives him a superior understanding of potential problems in a home. Additionally, his personal experience rehabbing a home and working as a landlord helps his clients who may be interested in doing the same.

There is nothing more satisfying to him than finding his clients their dream home. When that involves selling their current home, he uses an aggressive impact marketing program to get results. He gives his sellers regular market and marketing activity updates. Bottom line: he wants what’s best for you. For sellers this means selling for the best price, in the least amount of time and with the least amount of inconvenience. For buyers it means taking the time to educate them in the market and finding the right property. If the right property isn’t on the market or we need to look at different areas and property types, we wait or change our strategy.

He also believes it’s important to give back to the community. For this reason, he’s served on the John C. Coonley School local school council, was a founding board member of the Friends of Coonley, acted as the marketing committee director for the Northcenter Chamber of Commerce and volunteers at some of our great local not for profits like the Neighborhood Boys & Girls Club and Common Pantry.
