Michael Olszewski is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago and first licensed as a realtor in 1986. He is the owner/broker for Area Wide Realty which first opened in 1997. Michael holds a real estate broker's license in the states of Illinois and Wisconsin with offices in both states. He services nonperforming real estate both residential and commercial for many institutional lenders, governmental entities, numerous servicing companies, Wall Street firms and investors.

Michael is a court appointed receiver for the City of Chicago, renovates homes for the Cook County Land Bank, a HUD licensed broker and a NCST developer for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae properties.
