Born in the Mountain Empire of Tennessee, I have lived, worked, and played in the Lake Murray area of Columbia for the majority of my life. I adopted my father's love of flying early, was a licensed pilot by age 17, flew as a corporate pilot and was a partner with an aircraft brokerage firm for 17 years, developing unique insights and strong negotiating skills. Selling in the Lake Murray/Columbia area for the last 20 years, I have extensive knowledge of the area including the health of the current market. As a former Residential Home Builder, I have completed new construction, total renovation and development projects.
