Mike Rath has been selling real estate for approximately a decade. Mike retired as Chairman of Local 1097 representing 1500 hourly employees, skillfully negotiating through the GM/Delphi bankruptcy proceedings, saving the Lexington Avenue plant. Mike has continued to serve his hometown community through Hamlin Recreation as Assistant Recreational Director and Board member of the Hamlin VFW. A native of the Hamlin area, Mike has a down to earth, friendly and professional personality and shares his masterful negotiating skills with buyers and sellers.
