Michael brings a wealth of Real Estate knowledge to his clients and peers, which is mostly attributed to being born into the industry. His great grandmother, Dorothy L. Fitzgerald founded her own firm back in 1936 and over the years brought on additional family members, most notably Dorothy Ross, Michael’s grandmother, and Carol Schmidt, Michael's mother and current Associate Broker.
Presently, Michael is Vice President, along with his brother Del, at the newly merged and locally owned firm O’Conor, Mooney & Fitzgerald Realtors. Michael is eager to work with all buyers and sellers, whether it’s their first time or someone who is ready to sell the home they have lived in for 50 years. Michael’s history and experience makes him an exceptional and productive Realtor for all his clients and he looks forward to working with everyone he meets.
Michael graduated from Salisbury University in the spring of 2006, where he attained his Bachelors Degree of Arts with a concentration in Sociology. He also received his High School diploma from Towson High School in 2002.
Currently, Michael lives in Cockeysville with his wife and two children, Riley and Ally. His hobbies and interests include live music, traveling, golf, squash, and spending time with family
