What struck me first about Michael, and the reason I chose to stick with him after speaking with a few real estate agents, is how quickly he responded to my texts and phone calls. He goes out of his way to respond as soon as possible, often immediately. I also appreciated his attention to my comments as we walked through homes - he took notes and recognized details I didn't like or preferred in those homes, then made sure to refine his searches accordingly. I never felt pressured to look at homes outside of the range I gave him. Other agents tried to get me to look at the high end of my budget, and even sent listings over my limit, but Michael kept within my range and also kept to the lower end once he realized how conservative I wanted to be with my budget. I have suggested Michael to multiple friends, and I plan on working with him again when I move into a bigger home in the future. - CJ S. (Zillow)

Mike was available 24/7, very knowledgeable about the process, took his time making sure we good offers, and eventually helped us get into the perfect house.
