Michael Thomas has been selling Real Estate in the state of Maine since 2012 and has helped over 325 clients purchase or sell a property. He specializes in the sale of coastal homes, lake & mountain homes, multifamily properties, as well as helping assist many first time home buyers to find their perfect home. Michael currently lives in Arundel with his family and has lived in southern Maine since 1996. He has resided in these various towns throughout his life in Maine: Arundel, Kennebunk, Biddeford, Saco, Buxton, Gorham, Bath, Bar Harbor, Brewer, and Bangor. With the knowledge of all these towns and many other areas of Maine, Michael is able to offer lots of advice on different experiences in each vicinity. Michael also is an active investor in Real Estate and currently owns multiple multifamily buildings, has flipped properties for profit, and helped many investors purchase vacation homes in both the lake and mountain regions of Maine. Michael is also a top producer in Maine and ranks among the top 10% of all Realtors in the State of Maine and top 20% in all of Keller Williams Maine.
