My wife and I had a great experience with Michael. He is absolutely incredible. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home. He has been easy to contact and extremely patient and friendly. We looked at about 20-30 homes with him before actually deciding on our house. We didn't even know if we truly wanted to buy, but he stayed patient with us the whole time. He knew our interests and helped us through the process.

He also sold our house and that was even easier. No problems at all.

I think that the best thing about Michael is how available he is and how well-connected he is. The mortgage company he introduced us to got us an unbelievable rate. He arranged everything for our new house. He contacted a plumber and an electrician to help us out on day one after closing. He also arranged for a pool company to come out and contacted the service provider for the existing security system.

I don't think that you will find a more hard-working realtor than Michael Thomason. He helped me move (and hang) TVs in our new house, helped me install a wine refrigerator and changed all of the lightbulbs. He is a true gem and I would recommend him unconditionally to anyone. We now consider him a good friend and will stay in contact for years to come.

Michael Thomason was our realtor when we sold and bought a year and a half ago. He was very responsive, paid close attention to what we were looking for in a home, and didn't stop until he found us the right home. We would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to others.

Michael Thomason of LAH is the finest realtor with whom I have worked, and I have bought and sold homes in multiple states.

With Michael by my side, I have purchased one and sold two homes in the past three years. He removes all of the stress inherent in the process, and his contacts are innumerable: contractors, waterproofers, painters, handymen, fence installers, shutter guys, chimney people — you need it done, yesterday? Michael’s already gotten it done two days before that! He can get a home prepped for sale, an older home remodeled from the ground up, and a new build staged for selling.

Michael is not afraid to get his hands dirty — helping clean, pack, and transport items too precious for moving companies to handle, and he is THERE for his clients no matter what.

A true professional in an often disagreeable business.
