Michael Trapani

Michael brings a wealth of personal experience to the Venice area, having lived in the area since he was four years old. With more than 25 years in the teaching and learning industry, Michael is an educator at heart who enjoys sharing his knowledge with others. Michael understands people and has taught at every academic level, from the kindergarten classroom to online colleges and universities. Michael uses his understanding of teaching and learning to ensure that his clients are well-informed and prepared for each step in the buying, selling, or investing process. Michael takes the time to really get to know each client individually and communicates with each at the highest level. Helping people reach their real estate hopes and dreams is Michael’s passion!

Michael was born in Staten Island, New York and has lived in Venice, Florida for more than 47 years, attending Garden Elementary School, Venice Middle School, and Venice High School where he played football and baseball. He knows the Gulf Coast of Florida extremely well and uses this knowledge to the benefit of each client. Michael has five children, ages 7-20, and enjoys spending time with them in each of their various activities.

When it comes to passion for what he does, Michael wears his enthusiasm on his sleeve. His energy is contagious, and his clients truly understand how hard he works to make their goals and dreams come true. Michael specializes in Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast, from St. Petersburg to North Port, and is always ready to help you buy, sell, or invest in your real estate dreams.
