Michael helped my husband and I purchase our first home. He was consistent in sending us any new listing that could be of interest, also opening our eyes and minds to potential listing that normally we would not have considered. Anything I sent him for his opinion or review he went over with us, we went to see many hot properties, the market was in high demand. He was a pleasure to work with, on time, dedicated, available though many forms of communication, made any situation easier. We bought our forever home thanks to his hard work. I have recommended him to several people already and will continue to do so.

Purchasing a multi family home during the height of the pandemic, in one of the most competitive markets our economy has faced was no easy feat. My husband and I couldn’t have felt more blessed and overjoyed to have found our real estate agent Michael Vasquez. Mike made it all possible in this competitive market. He came highly recommended by our friend that he worked with in the past. Throughout the entire process, Michael was very responsive, honest, resourceful, knowledgeable, accommodating, diligent and savvy, amongst many other great qualities. He understood our sense of style from the very start and understood what we had envisioned for so long. Michael never once convinced us to settle after multiple showings, but had a great system in place and worked tirelessly to make sure we were 100% happy with our life long investment. As my husband and I would like to call Michael, the Mr. Einstein of his trade. There was not a time Michael did not have an answer to our many questions as first time home buyers, and there was certainly not a time Michael did not have a solution and or plan B to any problem that arose. Despite the many surprises and road blocks the pandemic created, Michael used his expertise of the market and continuously assured us anytime we had any doubts. Michael had our best interest at heart and it showed. This ultimately made the process that much more enjoyable. Fast forward today, my husband and I get to live out our dreams in a beautiful home just 35 minutes outside of NYC. A perfect blend of the city and suburban life which we longed for.
Whether looking to sell or purchase a home now or in the future, I would highly recommend working with Michael Vasquez to anyone. Michael is a true gem! When looking for a real estate agent, it is vitally important to work with someone who has the time, experience, but most importantly who can make the process feel magical!
