Michel Ann Maroney

Michel Ann Maroney’s passion for real estate began early and runs deep. Throughout the late 1970s and 80s, she gained valuable hands-on experience attending showings and closings alongside her mother, who was a licensed REALTOR® for more than 40 years. This early exposure sparked a lifelong appreciation for the profession and the relationships built through helping people buy and sell homes.

That foundation was strengthened in the late 80s and early 90s when Michel Ann worked in a large, active real estate office, gaining firsthand knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a busy brokerage and the dedication it takes to serve clients well.

Licensed since 2009, Michel Ann has built a successful career rooted in those early experiences. She previously owned her own brokerage in Tennessee and has earned multiple real estate designations, bringing seasoned expertise and thoughtful guidance to every transaction.

Michel Ann is an Associate Broker / REALTOR® with Red Door Real Estate, serving buyers and sellers across North Alabama, encompassing the Huntsville / Madison County Alabama area south to Cullman and North into S. Middle TN.
