About Michele

Having grown up in East Grand Rapids and then raising my own children in Ada/Forest Hills with horses and many different animals, Michele Brown has watched Grand Rapids grow from a medium-sized town in the Midwest to a thriving metropolitan area. Because Michele Brown thoroughly enjoys being able to share “my” Grand Rapids with others, Michele developed a passion for selling real estate when she was a young mother raising her kids.

Now, after having been an active member of the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors for over 35 years, Michele Brown continues to be committed to providing the best possible service to her clients. Michele Brown enjoys working with buyers as well as sellers and still sells homes “from cottages to castles and everything in between.”

Michele Brown is proud to have been a founding partner of the first Keller Williams offices in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo and to have played a role in the recent expansion of Keller Williams Realty into Holland and Grand Haven. Michele has watched their market center grow from its original 8 agents to over 160 agents today. In 2013, Keller Williams grew to become the #1 real estate company in the nation and our market center was voted the #1 real estate office in Grand Rapids through a readers’ poll taken by Grand Rapids Magazine.

Michele Brown felt that she has been fortunate to work with talented people who have helped their group become one of the most professional and high-producing teams in Grand Rapids. Her husband GL Brown joined me shortly after Keller Williams was opened in 2000 as a licensed agent.
